About Me

I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Georgia State Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated from Fordham University with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. My work focuses on empowering clients to liberate themselves from maladaptive beliefs and patterns that often act as barriers to personal growth.

As a BlaQueer therapist, I understand what it's like to exist at the intersection of multiple identities within a system that insists on being oppressive. Culturally competent, identity inclusive, and emphasizing trauma-informed care, I aim to create a safe and brave space that allows you to fully explore your presenting concerns from issues of identity, intra/interpersonal relationship issues, work related stress, and more. I also have extensive experience working with issues related specifically to the BIPOC LGBT+ community, as well as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

My approach is eclectic, drawing from various theoretical orientations in order to create an individualized plan that will help you identify the effective skills and tools you need in order to achieve your personalized goals. As we work together, I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

My goal is help you gain a fresh perspective on life, and help you take back your power.

“We can climb mountains with self-love.”
