Ryan Grace, LMHC, LPC

As a Therapist, I provide trauma-informed care as well as life coaching to all individuals and couples located in Georgia and New York. I place emphasis on supporting Queer, BIPOC, and QBIPOC folx with the goal of helping you reclaim your power and regain a sense of purpose so you can live the fulfilling life you deserve.

We may not always be able to change our circumstances, but through increased kindness, self-compassion, and patience we can work towards shifting our perspective and the way we respond to the world around us.

Identity.

You are the expert of your life. When you allow yourself to tap into this inherent, ancestral knowledge, you become your best support system, best advocate, and best healer. Consider the process a homecoming, as we explore ways in which your intersecting identities and lived experiences impact each other.

Liberation.

There is suffering and trauma caused by oppression, leading many of us to feel unsafe in our bodies and validly untrusting of others. Healing provides space for you to confront the systems of oppression which impact you and your community, and allow you to give yourself permission to lean into liberation through various pathways.

Connection.

As you inspect and work through many of the difficulties facing you, you create space to safely inspect the relationships you maintain with yourself and others. Self-focused work is crucial to healing, and so is understanding and gaining access to supportive community and connections.

“The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.”
